Sensor Features
The IS 2180-2 features a built-in infrared sensor that detects body heat. With a detection angle of 180° and a range of up to 12 meters, this sensor provides excellent coverage. Disruptive influences such as wind, leaves, rain, and small animals are effectively excluded, ensuring reliable operation at all times. The opening angle of 90° allows the sensor to cover a wide area.
Sensor Settings
To ensure that the light only turns on when needed, the IS 2180-2 can be easily set to the desired ambient light level. With a convenient adjustment knob, the switching level can be continuously adjusted from 2 lux to 2000 lux. After detecting motion, the light remains on for an adjustable duration, ranging from 5 seconds to 15 minutes, giving you ample time to move around.

The IS 2180-2 is made from UV-resistant plastic, making it durable against various weather conditions. With an IP rating of IP54, this sensor is well protected against dust and splashes, making it ideal for outdoor use. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install the sensor at a height of 2 meters. A corner wall mount is included with the delivery, making installation easier.
