Steinel IS2160 Motion Sensor

Sensor Features

The IS2160 ECO is available in both white and black, allowing it to be integrated into various environments. The sensor can be connected to a light source of up to 600W, making it suitable for different applications. With a detection angle of 160° and a range of up to 12 meters, this sensor is highly efficient in detecting movement. The infrared sensor responds to the body heat of people, eliminating disturbances such as wind, leaves, rain, and small animals.

The sensor also features a swivel sensor, allowing it to rotate 40° horizontally and 70° vertically. This ensures that you can optimize the detection angle for your specific situation.

Sensor Settings

With the IS2160 ECO, you can easily set the ambient light level at which the sensor light should be activated. The adjustment knob allows you to set the activation level continuously from 2 lux to 2000 lux. Once movement is detected, the light stays on for the set duration. The time setting is flexible and can be adjusted from 8 seconds to 35 minutes, so you can choose the perfect settings for your needs.

Additional Features

The IS2160 ECO is made from UV-resistant plastic, ensuring a long lifespan even in challenging weather conditions. With an IP rating of IP54, this sensor is well protected against dust and splashes. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install the sensor at a height of 2 meters.
