How do I know for sure whether my order on your web shop has gone through correctly?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. Please also see: 'ordering and delivery time'.

What kind of light do LED lights have?

The light colour of our LED lights are mentioned on the page of the product itself, and can vary anywhere between warm white and daylight.

What is the delivery time of a product?
Depending on the stock ordered on weekdays before 17:00, shipped the same day. If you do not order on workdays or after 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the next working day. If a product is not in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days. Do you want an exact delivery time? Feel free to contact us.
 
How long is the guarantee period?
The warranty period differs per article. With the article the warranty is indicated in years.
 
How can I return an item?
