At LampsTotal, you can place your order in a couple of different ways. The most efficient way to do so, is ordering by using our web shop. As soon as you have placed an order, you receive a confirmation email from us within a couple of minutes. Are you not getting our email? Please contact our customer service. If you prefer placing your order over the phone or by email, you are free to do so.
Every product in the LampsTotal web shop, feature an indication of an estimated delivery time. Products that are shown as 'in stock' and are ordered before 17.00, will be delivered at your home address the next working day, depending on which courier service delivers the products. We offer you the possibility to select your preferred timeslot for delivery. You can also select the option 'pickup' if you wish to pick up your products at LampsTotal instead of getting it delivered to your preferred address.
If a product is not in stock in our central storage, we will immediately check stock in one of our other storage units. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time of that specific product in your order summary. In case the delivery time would take longer than expected, LampsTotal will immediately let you know. Lights that are coated in an irregular colour, will have a standard longer delivery time. In these cases, we depend on the producer of the specific product. Of course, LightsTotal will always try and deliver the ordered products as fast as possible to you.
