IS240Duo Motion Detector
The IS240Duo is an advanced motion detector from the brand Steinel, designed to provide optimal safety and ease of use. With a sleek finish in both white and black, this sensor fits perfectly into any environment. The IS240Duo is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, with a maximum load of 1000W.
Sensor Features
This innovative sensor detects movements in a 240° circle and has a range of up to 12 meters. Thanks to the 160° adjustability of the sensor, it can be easily tailored to your specific needs. The infrared sensor reacts to the body heat of people, excluding disruptive influences such as wind, leaves, rain, and snow. This ensures that the sensor only responds to relevant movements, increasing reliability.
Sensor Settings
With the IS240Duo, you can adjust the light activation to your environment. The sensor can be set to an ambient light level of 2 lux (night) to 2000 lux (day), ensuring that the light only turns on when truly needed. The included adjustment knob makes it easy to set the activation level continuously. After detecting movement, the light remains on for a pre-set duration, ranging from 10 seconds to 15 minutes. Additionally, the sensor's range can be continuously reduced to a maximum of 12 meters, further enhancing flexibility.
Additional Features
The IS240Duo comes with a corner wall mount, making installation a breeze. The sensor has an IP rating of IP54, meaning it is resistant to dust and water, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. For optimal performance, it is recommended to mount the sensor at a height of 2 meters.
