'Thuiswinkel Award'

OPHEUSDEN - LampsTotal has won a 'Thuiswinkel Award' earlier this month. The prize it won was the renowned 'Publieksprijs XS' in the 'Living & Garden' category. The online store received an average grade of 9.5/10 from its customer base. The company sells indoor- and outdoor lighting. "We greatly appreciate the public has decided we were the winners in our category. We started forty years ago with a physical store in Opheusden, and we have become a market leader within our nice. After combining several of our web shops, this has been the ultimate recognition of our hard work." says Pleun van Walsem from LampsTotal. Customers judge web shops by their customer service, delivery speed, delivery in general, payment methods and the ratio between the price and the quality of the goods.

Giel Beelen sets world record 'making radio' in collaboration with LED

It was a special performance that 3FM DJ Giel Beelen brought to the table. He broke the world record 'making radio' and set a new one on 198 hours. A performance that was executed in collaboration with a light installation of Light Technology The Netherlands, and was guided by consultancy company for lighting, FluxPlus. Thanks to dynamic LED lighting, the sleep-awake rhythm of Giel was susceptible for adjustments.

A lot of accidents and almost-accidents are caused by pilots that are absolutely exhausted due to long days and a chronic lack of sleep. Researchers from the University of Western Michigan have researched and concluded that light therapy with a blue-ish light significantly improves alertness.

The Mini Scope of In-Lite, the long-expected LED spotlight for the garden, has finally arrived. We are excited to be able to offer it to you right now! This design LED spotlight gets delivered to your home address, as well as a brace and a ground spike! This makes the mounting and installing of this light source super easy! Even when it is not switched on during the day, the Mini Scope is a fine piece of design. In the evening it will emit a soft and atmospheric lighting in your garden, near plants, shrubs or your borders, whilst you will not be blinded yourself. The sleek design, which is both minimalistic and elegant when you place it anywhere your garden, will surely be a magnificent addition to your garden. Thanks to its compact size, it will not draw attention to itself, but focus on the ray of light and the object you wish to light up.

In-Lite Mini Scope, the miniature LED spotlight for your garden use, has a diameter of 4.7 centimetres and is shaped with solid polycarbonate seath and lens. This LED spotlight an be mounted onto an aluminium ground spike or wall mount. The usage of the Mini Scope is exceptionally low at 2 Watt, and still has a reaching light ray of up to two metres.
