How the 12-Volt System Works

This product is part of a low-voltage system, which means you always work with a transformer and low-voltage cable. Before starting, determine which lights you want to connect. This will tell you what size transformer you need. Always leave room to expand your system in the future.

Next, calculate how many meters of cable you’ll need. Gardenlights cables come in different lengths, so you never have too much or too little. Want to learn everything about the system? Check our information page.
