You can easily install this white stair lamp in both hollow walls and thicker walls. To place it in a hollow wall, remove the ring at the back. You then saw a hole of 6.5 centimeters. With the clamps on the stair lamp you can easily clamp it behind a wooden or plaster wall. You can also place it in a concrete wall. The wall may not be thicker than 6 centimeters. To install this Eglo stair lamp, leave the ring on the back on. What you have to fear then is 8 centimeters.
After you have made the correct hole, immediately connect this LED stair lighting 99643 from Eglo and place the fixture in the hole. If you want to connect several, you can easily loop from the first stair lamp to the next. This way you don't have to run multiple wires from the switch to all the stair lighting.
