SENSIQ EVO Motion Sensor

The SENSIQ EVO is an innovative motion sensor from the renowned brand Steinel, designed to make your lighting more efficient and user-friendly. This sensor is available in three stylish colors:white, inox, and black, allowing it to seamlessly fit into any interior.

Sensor Features

With a maximum load of 2500W, you can easily connect the SENSIQ EVO to various light sources. The built-in infrared sensor detects movements within a circle of 3x 100°, specifically responding to the body heat of people. Disturbing influences such as wind, leaves, rain, and small animals are automatically excluded, ensuring reliable operation.

The detection angle of the SENSIQ EVO is 300° with an opening angle of 180°. The detection area can be accurately set up to a maximum of 7 meters in three directions, making the sensor perfect for any space.

Sensor Settings

To ensure that the light only turns on when truly needed, you can set the SENSIQ EVO to the desired ambient light level. With the convenient adjustment knob, the activation level can be continuously adjusted from 2 lux to 2000 lux. After detecting movement, the light remains on for the set duration, with a time setting ranging from 5 seconds to 15 minutes. The range can be adjusted with knobs in three directions, with a maximum distance of 2-20m tangentially.

The SENSIQ EVO is made of UV-resistant plastic, ensuring a long lifespan even when exposed to sunlight. With an IP rating of IP54, the sensor is resistant to dust and splashes, making it suitable for various applications. For optimal performance, the sensor should be mounted at a height of 2-5 meters, with ceiling mounting also possible.
