Lightpro Agate 12 Volt Ground Spot in Stainless Steel with IP67
The Lightpro Agate is a high-quality 12 volt ground spot specifically designed for garden lighting. This fixture is made from stainless steel 316, a material that is extra resistant to saltwater and therefore also suitable for damp and even seawater environments. With an IP67 rating, the Agate is completely dust-tight and protected against immersion in water, ensuring a long lifespan and reliable performance in various outdoor conditions.
Features and Light Performance
The Agate spot has a round shape with a diameter of 11.5 cm and a height of 11.3 cm. The fixture comes with a 3 watt MR16 LED light source delivering 195 lumens and a warm light color of 3000K. This light color creates a cozy and warm atmosphere in your garden. The beam angle is 36 degrees, allowing you to effectively highlight, for example, a tree up to approximately 2.2 meters high. The light source is not dimmable, but thanks to the MR16 fitting, you can easily replace or adjust the light source with the adjustable fitting.
12 Volt Garden Lighting System and Installation
A 12 volt garden lighting system operates at a lower voltage than traditional 230 volt lighting, making installation safer and easier. This system is energy-efficient and flexible to use, allowing you to place lighting in various spots in your garden without complicated wiring. The Agate spot comes with a 0.5 meter cable and connector for connection to the Lightpro 12 volt power cord, a mounting tube to easily install and remove the spot without contaminating the hole, and an Allen key for opening the fixture. For proper sealing and to maintain the IP67 rating, it is recommended to apply petroleum jelly between the bolts and tighten the screws firmly.
