A standard 2 meter cable is supplied with the MOVE. If this is not sufficient, you can order a 5 meter extension cable for this. The maximum length that the motion sensor can come from the transformer is 20 meters. The MOVE from In-lite has a horizontal registration angle of 105 degrees and a vertical registration angle of 40 degrees. The sensor has a range of 10 meters. After you have connected this motion sensor to the transformer you can set on the transformer whether the lighting should stay on for 1, 3 or 9 minutes if the sensor detects movement. You can set the transformer to turn on the lights as soon as it gets dark. After an X number of hours (the number of hours can be set on the transformer) you can set the transformer to switch to the motion sensor. So you always have the light when you need it.
